Please take a look at the route maps below. Don’t worry if they look complicated as they will be explained on the day and there will be plenty of marshals on the course to guide you and cheer you along. There will be a water station at the top of the hill.

8.15-9.15am Registration and number collection

9.20am Warm up for the 1k

9.25am Welcome and safety briefing

9.30am 1k event

9.50am Warm-up for the 5k & 8k events

9.55am Safety briefing

10.00am 5k & 8k events

11.00am Prize giving.

1st junior, 1st female, & 1st male in the 5k.

1st female & 1st male in the 8k

As well as the Fun Day & Fun Run there will be butties (including  veggie & vegan options), drinks, ice-creams, bouncy castle, cakes, Creation Station, (crafts, glitter tattoos, toys), welly wanging, hook-a-duck and much more.

Royal themed fancy dress or red, white and blue encouraged.

Parking at URFC is limited so please walk, car share or park with consideration for local residents.
